Starting today, Ghost Recon Breakpoint is available on Stadia. In addition to being able to stream Breakpoint to a number of devices, players can utilize Stadia’s unique features, including Stream Connect for PvE mode. The feature allows players to share their screens in real-time with up to three co-op teammates. With Stream Connect, Ghosts can enhance their situational awareness by having multiple viewpoints of any and all conflict scenarios as they fight to take down the Wolves. Breakpoint is also playable in full 4K and HDR, depending on your hardware and internet speeds.
Stadia players can dive into Breakpoint hot on the heels of the arrival of the game’s toughest challenge yet, the Project Titan raid. In it, the Ghosts travel to a new volcanic island to confront a deadly new faction called the Red Wolves, who have control of dangerous experimental drones. New players will need to raise their gear score to at least 150 before starting, but completing the raid will net you plenty of worthwhile rewards.
In Ghost Recon Breakpoint, players take up the mantle of Nomad, an elite special-ops Ghost behind enemy lines on the isolated archipelago of Auroa. Auroa has fallen into the wrong hands, and now stands at the mercy of Lt. Colonel Cole D. Walker (played by Jon Bernthal), whose lethal ex-US military unit, the Wolves, now controls the archipelago’s private army and deadly drones. If Nomad has any hope of making it off Auroa alive and saving its civilian population, they’ll have to take down Walker, their former brother-in-arms, once and for all.
